Nah hosho is sitting alright with quite high WR source is from wows numbers if you want to know. It drops one torpedo at a time just like the other nerfed and useless tier 4 carriers so rather than using it, you would be better off using a destroyer, a cruiser, or a battleship all of which are exponentially more useful even at tier 4 than the utterly useless tier 4 carriers.
